INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFERS
For clients who have online banking accounts in Canada with RBC, CIBC, TD, BMO or Scotia.
Click on a bank logo below to find out how to use their EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER feature:
IF YOU PLAN TO PAY BY EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER:
Your invoice must be in Canadian dollars. If it is in a different currency, please contact us and we will let you know the Canadian dollar amount.
Login to your online banking account, and navigate to Email Money Transfers (the bank links above will show you where to find this section).
You need to enter a security question and answer that we will know. Therefore:
Your Security Question must be your INVOICE NUMBER. This is a six (6) digit number, in red, near the top of your invoice in the "Invoice Details" section. Invoices currently begin with the number "3".
Your Security Answer must be your ACCOUNT NUMBER. This is a number consisting of four (4) digits, then a hyphen, then another four (4) digits. It looks like this: 0000-0000. You will find it right above your name and address in the "Account Details" section of your invoice. Make sure you include the hyphen.
In the event that you do not have access to your invoice, you may create your own security question and answer, but you must immediately contact our billing department by email and tell us the answer to your question!
Send your email money transfer to: BILLING@MACWA.COM. This is a secure transaction and we do not receive any information about you, your bank accounts, balances, or banking transactions.
